The products will generally be delivered by our trusted express Courier within 1 to 4 business days from the order confirmation date. 
All orders are processed from Tuesday to Friday, excluding holidays. 
Once your package is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive an email containing your  Tracking Number to follow its progress.
All of our deliveries are insured until signed for and presented in packaging.
Upon delivery of the Products, you, or the person designated by you, are required to sign the delivery requested by the Courier.
Products shall be delivered to the address indicated by you in the order form at the checkout. We are not responsible for any delivery problems arising from incomplete or incorrect address details supplied by you. 
BEA BONGIASCA is not responsible for import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country of destination where it is specified that Custom Taxes Are not Included.


RETURN

Bebpop s.r.l. accepts returns or exchanges of the Products purchased in our Boutique or e-shop within 14 days of the delivery confirmation date.  Custom Orders, Customized Engraving, are final sales and they cannot be returned.
If you purchased an item from an outside retailer and would like to return or exchange it, this must be done through the retailer. We are only able to process exchanges for pieces purchased directly from our Boutique in Milan or our e-shop www.beabongiasca.com.

The Products shall be returned in their original condition, unaltered, unused, undamaged, in their original packaging and with original security tag attached. All returns and exchanges are subject to a quality assurance inspection process before they are accepted.
Any Product with signs of wear, damage, or alteration (including but not limited to re-sizing) or whose security tag has been removed, cannot be accepted.
You may be held liable in the case of depreciation of the value of the product as a result of handling that is not consistent with preservation of the nature, characteristics of the products.
If you decide to return your order, please complete the online return form by filling in the requested info’s: Full Name, Phone Number, Order Number and Type of Return: Return for Exchange, Return for Refund, Return for Repair.

RETURN FOR EXCHANGE 
When available in stock, you may exchange your Product for another size, colour variant of the same model originally purchased or with a new style with an equal or greater value only. We will not exchange merchandise for items of lesser value.
Please indicate the new size/colour or style within the Message form
If you have exchanged the purchased product for another product of higher price, you will be charged the difference.
After receiving your exchange request, we will email you in few days a return label pre-paid by us together with instructions to return the piece you would like to exchange. 
Once your returned piece has been received and processed, you will receive an additional email to cover the second shipment cost (for costs refer to the tab above) and to confirm the delivery address. Shipment will be then processed 2-4 business days after receiving the payment. 

RETURN FOR REFUND 
To initiate a return, complete the online return form.
After receiving your return request, we will email you in few days a courtesy return label together with instructions to return the piece. 
Once you returned piece has been received and it is deemed compliant to our conditions and requirements, we will proceed with a refund. Please kindly note that the shipping cost of the return will be deducted from the refund (for costs please refer to the tab above) and all the prior shipping costs are not refundable. You will receive a Credit Note notification email once the refund is processed.
Your refund will be credited back to the same method of payment used to make the original purchase on the Website once the returned products are received and passed our quality insurance inspection.

RETURN FOR REPAIR
For repair inquiries, please complete the online return form. Please indicate the required repair within the Message form.
The repairs will be approved on a case-by-case basis and we reserve the right to decide whether the repair is approved under manufacturing defect warranty or not. Non-warranty repairs will be subject to a price estimate based on the damage or difficulty of the job, which will be submitted to you for acceptance before any repair.
BEA BONGIASCA reserves the right to deny unreasonable repairs and assess if the damage was caused by misuse, improper care or what is considered normal wear and tear.
In the event of a manufacturing defect or if you received the wrong item, please email us within 48 hours from receiving your jewel at customercare@beabongiasca.com.

 

PRICES AND PAYMENTS

We only accept payment through the following credit and debit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Amex, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay. BEA BONGIASCA offers a ‘Bank Deposit’ option at our checkout, so the client can send a wire transfer to our account instead of paying through a credit or debit card. The order will be complete once the funds arrive in our account which depending on different banks can take up to 7 business days. Consequently from the time of purchase, you will have 7 working days to complete the wire transfer and once received we will email you to confirm. If we do not receive a bank wire transfer within 7 working days, your order will be cancelled. Your bank may charge you a wire transfer fee and we can only accept payments made in Euros.

BEA BONGIASCA reserves the right to modify the price of products offered on the Website at any time without prior notice to the Customer. You will be charged the prices displayed on the Website at the time the order was confirmed by you.



PRE- ORDERS

Some products on the website could be available for pre-order. Pre-order service allow you to purchase your wished product or size even if it is not currently available in stock. If a product is available for pre-order, the product page will display the button “pre-order” together with the estimated shipping time. Due to production constraints, pre-orders will be shipped within 6-10 weeks, not including holidays like summer closure or winter break.  
All pre-orders require full payment in advance. Once your pre-order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment. 

 

CUSTOM ORDERS 

We are always happy to cater to our clients whether they are seeking engagement rings, variations of pieces that already exist or even something entirely new. 
For Custom Orders inquiries, please email our design team at info@beabongiasca.com
Our team will answer in 2-4 working days. Once the Custom Order, together with the Shipping Time and Final Price, have been agreed, the Customer will receive an email to complete the order where the full payment is required like with a pre-order. Please note that for Custom Orders that comprehend a request of an entirely new design, BEA BONGIASCA could request an advance to produce the render of a new design. Once your Custom Order is ready to be shipped, you will receive an email confirming the shipment. Kindly note that Custom Orders, Customized Engraving, are final sales and they cannot be returned.
BEA BONGIASCA also reserves the right to decline the Custom Order Request due to production constraints.

 

PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONS AND ARTISANAL PROCESS

The colour of the gemstones can be lighter or darker than in the photos as they can have shade variations. Furthermore, we have made every effort to take detailed photographs of our pieces but we cannot guarantee that their colours can be accurately reflected on the device’s displays. Please note that slight change in colour and traces of the artisanal process are part of the art of painting enamel by hand and are not considered faulty or a manufacturing defect.
